"La Fondazza" agritourism is surrounded by 10 hectares of land, immersed in the greenery and located inside of the Enzo e Dino Ferrari racetrack in Imola (BO). It is adjacent to the Acque Minerali Park and is just a few minutes from the historic center of Imola.
The agricultural company cultivates over six hundred olive trees, over two hundred cherry trees, barley and small fruits (rose hip, hazelnuts, jujubes, wild plums, azzeruoli).
The farmhouse, built over one hundred years ago, has been completely renovated, keeping the characters architectural features of the period. Walking in the farm you can meet goats, horses, hens that animate the campaign.
Guests can enjoy ample parking, garden with relaxation areas, area equipped with barbecue for dining outdoors, laundry room, kitchen with fireplace and multi-purpose room.
The structure is perfectly suitable to family gatherings, events or seminars. In this case you can use the entire property, all rooms are reserved and you can take advantage of some services additional.
The three rooms and the apartment with kitchenette, accessible by stairs and lift, are all equipped with private bathroom, LCD TV SAT, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, courtesy kit, bed linen and towels.
Breakfast, rich and abundant, includes cakes, biscuits and homemade jams, bread, slices biscuits, fruit, juice, tea, coffee and cappuccino, all elegantly set up in a delicious buffet. During the summer, it can be enjoyed externally, in the large garden, to enjoy the green that surrounds the farmhouse.
